Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the SNS full-cycle management services provided by Feedmate ("Service"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the web-based services provided by Feedmate, including scheduled posting, automation, insights analytics, AI content generation, Open API, and related features.
  2. "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Account" refers to the unique identification information created by a User to access the Service.
  4. "Credits" refers to virtual usage units consumed within the Service for specific features such as AI functions and Open API calls.
  5. "Plan" refers to the subscription tiers offered by the Service (FREE, PLUS, PRO).

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
  2. The Service may modify these Terms for reasonable cause, with at least 7 days' prior notice through in-service announcements or email before the effective date.
  3. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

  • Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn account integration and management
  • Scheduled and automated post publishing
  • Comment-based automatic DM and reply automation
  • Post insights and analytics
  • Draft post management
  • AI-powered card news and image generation (powered by Google Gemini AI)
  • AI-powered caption and text generation
  • Open API for external integrations (coming soon)
  • Community hub (announcements, tips, changelogs)

Article 5 (Plans and Credit System)

  1. The Service offers the following subscription plans:
    • FREE: Access to basic features with limited credits
    • PLUS: Extended features and credits
    • PRO: Full access to all features with maximum credits
  2. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed for AI features, Open API calls, and other premium functions.
  3. Credits are replenished upon subscription renewal. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
  4. Credits issued through coupons are managed separately from subscription credits. Expiration policies for coupon credits are specified at the time of issuance.

Article 6 (Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is established when the User agrees to these Terms and completes registration.
  2. Users must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false information may result in restricted access.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service guidelines.
  2. Users must not collect or use others' personal information without authorization.
  3. Users must not use the Service for spam, illegal content distribution, or other improper purposes.
  4. Users must comply with the terms of service of linked SNS platforms (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn).
  5. Users are responsible for securely managing their Open API Keys. In the event of a key leak, Users must immediately revoke the key and generate a new one.
  6. Users must not abuse the Open API through spam publishing, automated mass publishing, or other forms of service abuse.

Article 8 (Service Limitation and Suspension)

  1. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, equipment replacement, or force majeure.
  2. The Service may restrict access or suspend accounts of Users who violate these Terms.
  3. Some features may be limited due to changes in external platform (Meta, LinkedIn) API policies.
  4. Violation of the Open API Terms of Use may result in immediate API Key revocation and service restriction.

Article 9 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The Service offers a free plan (FREE) and paid plans (PLUS, PRO).
  2. Payments for paid plans are processed through Polar, and payment terms are provided at the time of purchase.
  3. For refund policies, please refer to the Refund Policy.
  4. For service availability and compensation policies, please refer to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Article 10 (Open API)

  1. The Service may provide external integration capabilities through the Open API.
  2. For detailed Open API terms, please refer to the Open API Terms of Use.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their API Keys. The Service is not liable for damages resulting from API Key leaks.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service is not responsible for the content published by Users through the Service.
  2. The Service is not liable for service interruptions caused by external platform (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn) outages or API changes.
  3. The Service is not liable for damages caused by the User's own negligence.
  4. Users bear ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and legality of content generated through AI features.

Article 12 (Privacy)

The protection of Users' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. For information about cookies used by the Service, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Article 13 (Age Restrictions)

  1. The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older.
  2. For EU/EEA residents, users under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Service in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  3. For US residents, users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
  4. The Service may delete accounts of users who violate age restrictions without prior notice.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. However, for EU/EEA residents, mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall take precedence.
  3. Any disputes arising between the Service and Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea as the court of first instance.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes between the Service and Users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
  2. If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  3. EU/EEA residents may submit disputes through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
